After another challenging year, taking a moment to reflect is as important as ever. We hope that you will find our 2021 Gifts of Love Tree a peaceful, virtual space in which to do this. Hang a bauble, shine a light, leave a present under the tree or light up a star in memory of your loved one. You are also welcome to personalise your tribute with a message and a photo should you wish to.

By including a donation to The Lullaby Trust with your tribute, you will be helping to ensure that we can continue to be there for families that need us, for as long as they need us, with our vital safer sleep advice and bereavement support. The size of your gift is totally up to you, but if you're struggling to decide, there are a few examples below of the ways in which your donation could help a family this season.

£11.50 could pay for 100 copies of our ‘Product Guide for Parents’ to be printed, which explains the factors you should consider when you buy a product for your baby, what essential items they need and what products you should try to avoid. 

£22 could pay for our bereavement helpline to provide advice and support to a first-time caller. Our support service is available whether people are newly bereaved or the bereavement was many years ago. 

£32 could pay to train a health professional in safer sleep advice about how to reduce the risk of SIDS, which they can pass on directly to the hundreds of parents they each work with.  

£45 could pay for a support package to be sent to 5 bereaved families, giving advice, sharing experiences from other bereaved parents and signposting to where they can get further support. 

£104 could pay for a mattress monitor to support a bereaved family on our Care of Next Infant programme, helping to reduce anxiety and allowing them to enjoy the first year of their baby’s life.
