Trinity has been at the heart of the Fylde coast for over 35 year with one essential goal - to provide compassionate care for people on their journey towards the end of life.
Each year, our specialist nursing teams, both at the Hospice and in people's own homes, touch the lives of thousands - and we know many more will call on us for help in the years to come.
