Thank you for helping Totara Hospice. As we continue to operate through the Covid-19 Pandemic as an Essential Health Service the result is a catastrophic loss of income, the most significant financial impact in our history. For over 20 years we have hosted our Hospice Awareness Appeal in May with over 200 volunteers at our supermarkets around our region. However for 2020 we cannot do this. So the Forget Me Not Appeal has been launched, a chance for you our supporters to share memories of your loved ones. For us to come together as a community to remember those that are forever in our hearts.

Totara Hospice provides free specialist palliative care services to eligible people with a terminal illness in the South and Southeast Auckland community of New Zealand. We educate on, advocate for and provide integrated, palliative care services to those with terminal conditions and their whānau/family. Whilst we provide our specialist palliative care services free of charge, Totara Hospice will only receives partial funding from the government each year. This leaves a shortfall of over $4 million, as Totara Hospice travels through the most significant financial impact in our history we hope our community will come together to support Totara Hospice.
