In April we celebrate our Charlies birthday and we are inviting you to celebrate with us.
Charlie would have been 15 this year and we still strive to make his day as special as possible for him.
Charlie was the inspiration for The Charlie and Carter Foundation and both he and his little brother have changed the lives of families caring for a child with a life limiting illness.
This year, if you are able, please make a donation in Charlies memory, for him, for Carter, for a loved one you have lost, and help us support more families by buying a Forget-Me-Not.

The Charlie and Carter Foundation provides financial support to families with seriously ill children with life-limiting conditions was established in loving memory of the two beautiful Cookson brothers who both suffered from life-limiting conditions.
The Foundation also raises awareness of the difficulties faced by parents and carers who care for seriously ill children. It also strives to improve the quality of life of sick and seriously ill children by providing information, advice and support.
