This Christmas we are asking our supporters to donate a star to our virtual tree, and help us continue the work that we do to support people with a visual or hearing impairment, including those with other disabilities.
This year we have opened our beautiful, new Sensory Garden, thanks in part to the generous donations we received in this appeal last Christmas. Over the next twelve months we would like to add more to this, and also add more to our activities offering in our Living and Learning Zone.
Our wonderful, modern community space, which includes our cafe, Weston's, currently holds activities for adults; including music, dance and drama sessions, and we hope to bring in sensory sessions for adults and children in 2025 too. Donations received will help us to build this programme of activities and also bring more activities to our children's group, Club Wilber.
Many small individual gifts can build a legacy we can be proud of and can share with the public, especially those living with sensory loss.

Our vision is to see a world in which all people with sensory loss, including those with other disabilities, are truly integrated in society with equal opportunities in all aspects of life and to know that our passion and commitment have been influential in bringing this about.
Our mission is to be a leading provider of high quality support, training and care services, and to create opportunities for people with sensory loss, including those with other disabilities; to encourage and facilitate the development of these services on a local, regional and national basis by being a model of good practice. Our aim is to do this in a way which enhances the quality of life of those we work with.
