Dedicate a Snowflake - Hope House Children's Hospices

Hope House Children’s Hospices is a charity that gives every local child with a life-threatening condition, and their family, access to professional care and improves their quality of life from the point of diagnosis, throughout the lifetime of their child and beyond. We currently support more than 750 local families throughout Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.

We provide vital respite, crisis and end of life care in our two hospices – Hope House in Oswestry and Tŷ Gobaith in Conwy. Our counselling service is available to any family who has suffered the death of their child in any circumstance. We also support brothers and sisters.

It costs more than £9.6 million every year to run our services and no charge is ever made to families. Statutory funding currently pays for around two months’ running costs each year. For the rest of the year we are completely dependent on donations from incredible supporters like you - thank you!
