Starting on Saturday January 18 at 12 midday EST/11am CST/10am MST/9am PST, there will be 8 weekly sessions led by expert advisors living with MS. The course aims to help you understand the benefits of lifestyle changes and navigate healthy choices to help you live well with MS.
