WHO WE ARE
We are a community-based visiting hospice providing palliative clients and their caregivers in all of Dundas County an individualized approach to psycho-logical, social, emotional, spiritual and practical support from diagnosis to end-of-life and during grief and bereavement.
MISSION
To provide a truly accessible and individualized approach to care in order to improve the outcomes of our clients and their loved ones who are living with life-threatening illness or grieving.
