CEP's mission is to increase the learning opportunities and enhance the academic achievement of students experiencing homelessness and housing instability. For over 14 years, CEP has provided tutoring and mentoring services, small-group academic and enrichment programming, school supplies and books, and connections to school district and community services to pre-K to 12th-grade students experiencing homelessness and housing instability.
