CASA of Midwest PA

Mission: CASA of Midwest PA works to help provide children who have experienced abuse or neglect with a safe, supportive, and permanent home by empowering competent, responsible, and compassionate community volunteers to advocate for their best interests in court.

Vision: CASA of Midwest PA envisions that all children in Clarion, Mercer, and Lawrence counties thrive in a safe, loving, and permanent home.

Values: CASA of Midwest PA’s values are founded on the guiding principle that children grow and develop best with their family of origin, but if that is not possible, in another safe and permanent home. We believe that by training our volunteers to deliver competent, culturally-aware, and best-interest advocacy, we can help the children we serve obtain permanency.
