Boston Terrier Rescue Canada (BTRC) is a volunteer-run, registered charity dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating Boston Terriers and Boston Terrier mixes across Canada. We provide essential medical care, behavioural support, and safe foster homes to dogs who have been abandoned, neglected, or no longer have a place to call home.
For 13 years, our Holiday Giving Tree has marked the start of a season of hope, compassion, and second chances. Every gift supports urgent vet care, training, transportation, and the everyday needs of the dogs in our care – from puppies to seniors, and from emergency intakes to long-term medical cases.
With no central shelter, we rely on a network of devoted foster families who open their homes and hearts to dogs in need while we work to match them with forever families.
Your support means everything.
This holiday season, your generosity helps us continue our mission – and changes the story for rescue dogs across Canada.
Thank you for being part of this tradition, and part of their journey home.

Boston Terrier Rescue Canada (BTRC) is a registered Canadian non-profit organization made up entirely of volunteers who are dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of Boston Terriers and Boston Terrier mixes in Canada.
Our program takes in dogs that are abandoned, neglected, abused, or that can no longer be cared for by their owners, and provides them with a safe haven, medical care, training, support, and TLC. Our ultimate goal is to match every dog with a permanent, loving home through our careful adoption process.
BTRC operates nationwide and does not have a central shelter facility. Instead, we rely solely on a network of kind and caring volunteer foster homes to help each dog transition from their previous life to their future forever home.
