Usually, when the schools in Africa are closed, children spend their time playing, meeting with siblings and friends, before going home and maybe, if they are lucky, have a warm meal with the family. But this holiday, things are different. Life has always been very difficult for so many years but for the first time, people have experienced hunger twice. This is the main reason why we decide to come together and erect our Christmas tree virtually by making donations and inviting people to help and support our cause.
