We may not be able to ask you to drop off an Easter Egg, but we’ve come up with a solution so that you can still help the children at Rainbows Hospice to have a better Easter.
Everyone loves giving and receiving chocolate at Easter – young people especially. At Rainbows, because of dietary and medical considerations, only one in ten of the children can actually enjoy eating them. That’s why this Easter, instead of giving a chocolate egg to show how much we care, we can donate a virtual Easter Egg instead and the donations you generously give will be used to purchase Easter Eggs and Easter gifts for the children in the Rainbows Hospice.
By choosing a virtual Easter Egg, in addition to making a donation, you can leave a message of support for the children, young people, their families, and the wonderful staff at Rainbows too.
We’ve teamed up with Rainbows to set up this online fundraising page where you can donate an amount of your choice.

As the only hospice of its kind in the East Midlands, we provide vital care and support to children and young people with a life-limiting condition. Now, we need your help to keep brightening short lives.
Your support means we can provide end of life care, symptom management, short breaks and respite care. We can also be there to support parents and siblings through their bereavements.
Because of you, we can be there for over 450 children and young people every year, offering bereavement support, sibling support and a range of therapies including physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, music therapy and play therapy.
Our team are there for families when they need us the most, but we couldn’t do our work without the help of people like you. We know that together we can bring more love, smiles and laughter to our children, young people
and families.
