For those that can not attend our Dementia Memorial Service in person, we invite you to leave a virtual bauble and message on our remembrance tree.
All proceeds will go to the Poppy Dementia Unit, Swinton which supports people, and their families, across Salford who are affected by Dementia.

Established in 2014, we are a community interest company (CIC) that specialises in supporting people living with dementia, disabilities, and learning disabilities, in Salford and the surrounding area.
We understand that every individual is just that: an individual. They have their own needs and requirements, which is why our services are tailored to the needs of the individual, helping them to live their lives, their way.
Operating across Salford, we can offer a range of support including daycare opportunities, supported tenancies, and respite care alongside support for carers and families.
