Arthur and Frances EAAA Page 2020 - East Anglian Air Ambulance

Arthur and his Wife (Frances) who live in Taverham, every year set their garden up with Christmas decorations that light up the children and families that visit, raising money for the East Anglia Air Ambulance.

This visit gets everyone involved with the fun trail, where children have to find characters within the decorations.

There are more than 9 characters to find, as well as other known children’s characters dotted around within the decorations, that lifts the spirits of so many that attend.

Each Year Arthur sets up 30 Christmas trees, with their own decorations! as well as setting around 40 individual sets of lights, that illuminates the garden - with these facts I am sure that the East, Anglia Air Ambulance team can spot Arthur’s garden each year en-route to Norwich Airport, during the Christmas Period!!

Alas this year has been quite challenging for so many people and on so many levels with the global pandemic, that we are faced with.

This has meant that Arthur and Frances have taken the hard decision of not setting up their wonderful display, in their garden for this year, which will be missed by so many.

For this year and to be able to still support Arthur and Frances In raising money for this fantastic charity, we have put together a “virtual” Christmas tree that illuminates with each donation that is kindly received.

You can give as much or as little as you can and can also keep it anonymous, but the illumination will give us a reminder of what we have seen and what we very much look forward to in 2021!
