Updating My Account
To view or update your details, navigate to My Account from the Account Menu (top right) .
If you have previously made a donation on Visufund whilst logged in to your account, any contact details you provided on the donation form will be shown here. You can manually update any field by clicking the Edit button.
If your account has multiple users (eg. Group & Non-profit accounts), please note the details shown in My Account are unique to each individual user. Your colleagues will not be able to see or edit any of your personal details.
Changing your email address
You can change the email address associated with your account at any time. For your security, if the email address on your account is changed, an email notification will be sent to the existing address on our system.
Switch on/off any notifications you wish to receive. Any changes are applied immediately.
- Contributions on My Pages - Receive an email every time you receive a new donation on one of your pages.
- New fundraising pages* - Receive an email when a supporter publishes a fundraising page for your organisation.
- Donations on supporter pages* - Receive an email every time a donation is made on one of your supporter's fundraising pages.
- Invoices - Receive a copy of any invoices that are issued to your organisation (Group & Non-profits only). Please note that Admin users are required to receive invoices by email.
