September is World Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. At Age Exchange, we want to use this time to share a message of hope to people living with dementia and their carers. We know how challenging the last 6 months have been and we know how much our supporters want to help.
Our “Jars of Hope” have been created by our volunteers and can be used in your home to collect small change in aid of Age Exchange and give hope to the people we support.
Please buy a Jar of Hope today and send hope to people living with dementia and their carers at ECART LINK
You can also leave a message of hope in our book at https://visufund.com/message-of-hope
Thank you for supporting people living with dementia and their carers.

Age Exchange supports people living with dementia and their carers through reminiscence arts and wellbeing projects. We seek to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation, promote intergenerational understanding and improve life for older people and those living with dementia.
