Products & Pricing

It is completely free to create a Personal, Group or Non-profit account and publish pages on Visufund. We also offer optional upgrade products to Group & Non-profit account holders.

Premium

Premium is a collection of additional page settings, features and reports. Access to Premium is included with all our paid for products. You can trial Premium features before you publish any page by clicking the rocket next to any setting. When viewing any of our templates, Premium features associated with the template are listed.

Platform Fees

Platform fees are only applicable to beneficiaries (Non-profit accounts) and are automatically deducted from donations you receive. Our membership plans give you the choice of different platform fee rates, including 0% on our Pro plan.

Payment Processing Fees

Stripe is our trusted PCI Level 1 payment service provider, used by millions of businesses and charities worldwide. Non-profit account holders are required to connect their own Stripe account to the platform, to process their donations. If you don't have a Stripe account, it's free to create one and connect! Stripe offers highly competitive payment processing fees, and these are automatically deducted from donations.

This product adds any of our templates to your library (My Templates). Templates in your library have:

  • Premium on all pages you create with it.
  • A personalised template landing page for inviting your supporters to fundraise, using a branded template configuration.

We recommend this product in the following case scenarios:

  • You're planning to use the same template across multiple campaigns, require use of Premium and do not intend to upgrade your membership plan.
  • You're planning to launch a campaign inviting your supporters to fundraise for you, using a specific template. Owning a template allows you to brand and configure the settings of supporter pages.
