The Account Menu icon is displayed in the top right of every Visufund page

To change your notification settings, go to My Account. You can access this from the Account Menu.

Email and web notifications can be changed in the section called Notifications - these settings can be changed at any time. Email notifications are sent to the email address registered with your Visufund account. Web notifications are displayed on your Dashboard.

Donations on my pages

Set this to 'Yes' if you want to be notified every time you receive a new donation on one of your own Pages. If you do not want to receive notifications about new donations, set this to 'No' - you'll still be able to access all donation data in Reports.


If you want receive a notification when you or your supporters achieve goals or reach fundraising targets, set this to 'Yes'.

We'd love to help you to achieve the most out of your Visufund account. If you're happy for us to share tips, ideas and suggestions, set this to 'Yes'.

Pages published by supporters*

We'll let you know every time a supporter publishes a fundraising page for your charity. If you want to thank them for choosing your charity, you can download their contact details in Reports.

Donations on supporter pages*

You can also choose whether you want to receive a notification when a donation is made on one of your supporter's fundraising pages.


To receive a copy of any invoices issued to your charity, set this to 'Yes'. Please note that Admin users are required to receive invoices by email. Read more about adding users to your charity account and assigning roles.
