Moderating donor messages

This document is only applicable to charity users

Click on a message on a page your charity has published to see the Edit Message button. You will need to be logged in to your Charity Account with a Moderator role or higher to edit messages.
When someone donates to one of your pages, your supporter may choose to leave a public message or photo with their donation. If your supporter wishes to edit their message, they will be able to do this using the link in their email receipt. Read more about how supporters can edit their own message.

Charity users can also edit these messages if required. To do this, you will need to be logged into your Charity Account with a Moderator role or higher.

You can moderate and/or edit donor messages by clicking on any message on a page you have published. You will see the Edit Message button below each message. Click this button, edit the message and click Continue to save the changes.

You can also review all donor messages in Donated Objects. You will find this in the top menu when viewing your Page Settings.
