Email notifications for charities
To change your email notifications, go to My Account. You can access this from the Account Menu.
Email notifications can be changed in the section called System Notifications. These settings can be changed at any time.
Activity on my pages: To receive an email every time a donation is made to one of your charity pages, set this to 'Yes'. If you do not want to receive email notifications, set this to 'No' - you will still be able to access all donation data in Reports.
Activity on individual pages: To receive an email every time a donation is made to any page created by one of your supporters, set this to 'Yes'.
Pages published by individuals: To receive an email every time one of your supporters creates a fundraising page for your charity, set this to 'Yes'. You'll be able to access your supporters' contact details in Reports.
Invoices: To receive an email copy of any invoices issued to your charity, set this to 'Yes'. Please note that Admin users must receive these emails. Read more about adding users to your charity account and assigning roles.
